Minimum Spend: All table bookings will be required to meet a certain table minimum amount. The Minimum Spend does not include applicable tax, gratuity, or venue fees, as set forth below. The amount of the Minimum Spend may differ from the amount the guest actually spends on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the date of the reservation.

All bookings will be charged 50% of the Minimum Spend on the booking date. Upon checking in to Zouk/Ayu, you will be charged the following:
● Remaining Actual Spend: Guest will be charged the remaining Minimum Spend balance along with any additional purchases onsite
● Sales Tax: Guest will be charged sales tax, which is currently 8.375% and subject to change, on the Actual Spend + Venue Fee
● Gratuity: Guest will be charged a waitress gratuity of 15%Venue
● Fee: Guest will be charged a venue fee of 12.75% of the Actual Spend

Example of how fees are allotted when you book a $6500 Minimum Spend table:
● Minimum Spend $6,500.00 (this is also the Actual Spend in this example)
● Sales Tax $613.78
● Gratuity $975.00
● Venue Fee $828.75
● Spend Agreement $8,917.53

*Additional Processing Fees & CC Fees will be charged onsite and are not included on the Spend Agreement

** If you purchase a table add-on during package purchase process and select the payment plan, you will be charged 25% of the Minimum Spend on the booking date, 25% of the Minimum Spend on May 18th, and the remaining balance upon checking in to Zouk/Ayu.
