When Are The Performances?

All official Maluma Land performances will be hosted June 23 - 25, 2022 at Resorts World Las Vegas. Please stay tuned for the full event schedule soon!

When Will Packages Go On-Sale?

Packages will be available Wednesday, April 20th at 9AM PT / 12PM ET.

Is There An Age Restriction For Maluma Land?

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to attend and purchase a Maluma Land package.

Will There Be Assigned Or Reserved Seating For The Shows?

The event is general admission, but check out our VIP Packages and Table & Cabana Upgrades to take your experience to the next level!

Can I Purchase A Package With A Payment Plan?

All standard packages offer the option of purchasing with a payment plan.  At the time of purchase, you will be able to choose between paying for your package in full or taking advantage of our payment plan. If you select our payment plan option, you'll pay 50% of the package price as the initial deposit during the time of booking and then pay the remaining 50% on May 18th. The last day to purchase with the payment plan is May 1st. After this date, all packages must be paid in full. There will be a one-time $19.99 fee to opt into this payment plan which will be split across both installments.

Please note: The payment plan option must be selected during the TIXR checkout process and cannot be applied after the order has been submitted. The payment plan is not available if you opt to wait and purchase a Table or Cabana Upgrade after booking your package. The upgrade add-on must be paid in full in this instance. The payment plan is also not available for VIP Packages or Table and Cabana Upgrades that require booking with VIP@malumaland.com.

Can I Pay For A Package Using Multiple Credit Cards?

During the initial purchase, you will only be able to use one credit card. If you select to purchase with the payment plan and need to update the credit card on file for the final installment, please follow THESE directions to make the change.

Please note: the card used for the initial 50% deposit will be automatically charged for the final installment unless the billing information is changed via the directions above. If you leave the same credit card on file, that card will be automatically charged and no action will be needed on your end.

Are There Fees Charged In Addition To The Listed Package Prices?

If you select our payment plan option, there will be a one-time $19.99 processing fee split across both installments. Otherwise, there are no additional ticketing fees on top of the total prices listed for each package. The Daily $45 Resort Charge is already included in the total package price. If you purchase a Table or Cabana Upgrade add-on, however, please review the Minimum Spend Terms here.

Can I Purchase Additional Nights At Resorts World?

Please contact Resorts World directly to inquire about additional night availability. If you can book an independent reservation for additional nights in the same type of room and bed type, contact us with the new reservation number, date of your additional night and your Maluma Land TIXR order number. Our hotel team will do their very best to combine your stay!

Please note: we cannot guarantee your reservations can be combined and there is a possibility you will need to change rooms for your additional night(s).

Is Transportation To And From Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) Included?

Our standard packages do not include airport transportation, however all VIP Packages do include private, luxury airport transportation between Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and Resorts World Las Vegas for your group.

Is There A Dress Code For This Event?

What Time Can I Check In At The Hotel?

Hotel check-in time is often not guaranteed until 3:00 PM. If you arrive before your room is available, the hotel will hold your luggage and we will be happy to provide you with your event credentials so that you can join the party while your room is being prepared.

How many people can stay in a hotel room?

Room occupancy is based on the specific package. We sell packages with accommodations for 1-4 guests, except for the Ultra Villa package which includes accommodations for 8 guests. We cannot allow additional persons above the package occupancy to occupy the rooms.

Can our room be next to our friends?

Please contact our Guest Services team after purchasing and we will note your request to be next to, or as close as possible to, your friends.  Please include the package order numbers for all parties when you contact us. We cannot guarantee room proximity requests, but our team will do their best to accommodate

Can I Gift The Package to someone if i cannot attend?

Packages are sold as non-transferable, however we do understand that there are certain times that you simply need to transfer the package as you can no longer attend the event as planned. The original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at guestservices@malumaland.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on behalf of the original purchaser. All event emails and correspondence will still be sent to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the new guest that is attending Maluma Land. Please note, alternate pick-ups may be authorized for free through Wednesday, June 1st, 2022. There will be a $100 fee for adding an alternate pick-up person after this date. Our Guest Services team can assist with processing alternate pick-ups requests up to 2 weeks prior to the event. After Thursday, June 9th, 2022 alternate pick-ups will not be allowed.

What Measures Will Be Taken To Ensure The Health And Wellness Of Guests?

Please note: We encourage all guests, especially international travelers, to stay up-to-date with the current CDC guidelines

Can I use my Maluma Land package for a contest/giveaway?

No. On Location and Maluma Land trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners.
